Pilates Ring for Spine Mobility | 10 minutes Magic Circle Workout

We can all find ten minutes in our day to squeeze in a short workout, but we need it to be effective and beneficial. What could be more important than keeping our spine mobile and our core strong?? Here I have created a short, fun workout that will make a difference to how your body feels. You will only need a mat and your Pilates ring, having a cushion(s) to place under your knee(s) is down to your own personal preference. The Pilates ring was used to add challenge by creating instability in our side kneeling exercises & to increase range of movement in other exercises.
