Intermediate Pilates Core Challenge
Set aside 25 minutes, roll out your mat, grab some light hand weights or a couple of food cans and get ready for a challenging fun session that will strength your core and increase your stamina. This session is ideal for anyone who wants to work hard and get results but who is limited on time. You will increase your core strength and control & as you get stronger you can add in more repetitions !!!! Try and complete this workout a couple of times each week over several weeks and you will soon notice positive changes.
