All of these exercises are taught by me in my 1-2-1 sessions with clients and each time they are surprised by how challenging they are. I know from experience that your mobility and strength in these key areas will improve with consist effort and these exercises are going to make a difference. Repeat as often as you can and increase the number of repetitions as you build strength and stamina. As always, we are not looking for perfection, progression is our aim.
