This 45-minute class is ideal for anyone who has experienced the joy of Pilates and is familiar with some of the traditional Pilates Mat exercises. This routine will offer you more of a challenge as we take your practice up a level and focus on strengthening your whole body. There are plenty of squats to strengthen your glutes, core exercises to challenge your ‘powerhouse’ and weight-bearing exercises to increase your upper body strength. Each of the intermediate classes will give you the opportunity to mobilise your spine in all directions improving flexibility and control. Roll out your mats, grab some water and you are good to go.
