Relaxing Self Love ❤️ Pilates

It’s time for you and I to take some time out, to reset and relax. This workout isn’t about punishing your body, pushing hard or challenging yourself. I am encouraging you to take time out, to move with control, in relaxing mindful way. We spend so much of our time rushing around, working, looking after others, trying to keep everyone happy 😃. Then we push hard in our training as we want to make progress, challenge ourselves and de-stress. I am that person sometimes, but there are times I recognise I need to be kinder to my body & give my mind the chance to switch off. This is a short workout, suitable for everyone and doesn’t require any equipment. You could contact a friend or family member who is finding things difficult, feeling stressed or overwhelmed and invite them to join you doing this workout. Let’s share some love with others. Let me remind you that you deserve the kind words and patience you show to others. You are important, you are doing the best you can and you make a difference.
